This hasn't been my first stay at Chez Giuliana and it won't be the last – it's a family-run place that makes you feel at home, especially in a place like Ouagadougou, where finding a place that feels genuinely caring can make all the difference, There is nothing impersonal about this place. Staff is welcoming and attentive. Breakfast is served on the terrace – fresh fruit, coffee and cakes baked in-house. My rooms was comfortable and impeccably clean. Wi-fi connection is very reliable, which is great for me as I need it for work.

Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed with a personalized fruit plate and a kind note — a lovely gesture that made me feel truly appreciated. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel feels extremely safe. The staff are professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ouagadougou!

Located 2.7 km from National Museum of Music, Sopatel Silmandé in Ouagadougou has an outdoor swimming pool and tennis court. The staff was knowledgeable and very polite. We were very secure in the hotel.
