Safe and big parking, smooth checkin, comfy beds, really professional and nice staff. We actually forgot a purse in the room, and they kept it safe for us until we got back from Greece 10 days later. Would definitely come back anytime I would need accommodation in the area.

We had a very memorable stay, 10/10 for all staff. We will recommend our friends and would definitely come back to this hotel when we visit bansko again. Spa, room and hotel general areas are much better in person than in photos which is rare!
