Even if it was not in the city center area, for us, the location was actually perfect, as we were in transit to Greece. Safe and big parking, smooth checkin, comfy beds, really professional and nice staff. We actually forgot a purse in the room, and they kept it safe for us until we got back from Greece 10 days later. Would definitely come back anytime I would need accommodation in the area.

The hotel has another luxury restaurant next door, the ''Leonardo''. If you have a fireplace in your room, don't miss having it lit by the hotel, it's an unforgettable experience of the smell of good wood and amazing warmth in the room - for those who come during the snow season. Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. Perfect Proximity to the ski lift. Spa, sauna, Jacuzzi and warm pool are exceptional. Tepanyaki Restaurant was absolutely brilliant- kids enjoyed it tremendously and the food was special.
