The attention to detail was beyond lovely. They had really gone all out to think about why the guests would like. The hosts were at our beckon call, we never needed anything but they messaged to see if we needed picking up, any extra towels, sheets etc. the perfect hosts. The facilities were really clean and everything was in working condition. The fact they catered for children with the games that were there. The place is nice and secure, beautifully decorated and maintained to a very high standard. Thank you for a fantastic little trip, we will be back again next year 😊

Adults only "Royal Gardenia Spa & Wellness" welcomes guests over 14 years old. Centrally located in Sliven, National Palace Hotel offers free WiFi, a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and a garden. It was a pleasure being guest in National Palace, the SPA facilities are new, it was very clean and the staff is friendly. Definitely recommend that place.

We deliberately visited the place before Easter itself, when it is quiet and peaceful. The house was exactly as in the pictures, warm and clean. Beautiful and at the same time everything was in an old style - the doors, the rugs, the decorations - the fireplace, the mantelpiece, the cat's house, part of the walls were with the old boards. The feeling is like being in the era of the Bulgarian Renaissance. Separately, the nature was unique - warm weather, the birds could be heard, peace and quiet. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy peace and comfort.

We had an excellent stay at this apartment. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The closets had plenty of hangers, and the dark curtains were perfect for keeping the room dark in the morning.   The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils we needed, including a great coffee machine. We also appreciated the candies and fresh fruit waiting for us on arrival.   Communication with the host was outstanding. Every question was answered quickly and with helpful details, including restaurant recommendations and assistance with reserving seats.   The closed parking in the basement, with an elevator directly to the apartment, made everything very convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which added to the comfort of our stay.   Overall, we enjoyed ourselves very much and highly recommend this apartment.
