The room and its bathroom, the staff, the location, the breakfast, the services... everything went extremely smoothly.

We visited Golden Sands for the first time a few years ago, staying at another hotel, and that was when we first discovered the beauty of this Bulgarian resort. This year we were happy to return, and we chose Hotel Astoria. Why did we decide on Astoria? Both my wife and I work in the hotel industry in one of the northern capitals of Europe, so we approached the choice from a professional point of view. We carefully read the reviews on Booking.com, looked at the overall rating (which was high), and considered the location — close to the sea and the central points of the town. And we were not mistaken! From the moment we arrived, we evaluated the housekeeping with a professional eye, and it was excellent. At check-in, we faced a small difficulty, which sometimes happens, but the reception team, especially Elena and manager Katrin, resolved it quickly and professionally. This not only did not spoil our mood but actually lifted it and left us with admiration. Well done! The food and entertainment were also on a high level. We are certain we will come back again. We had a perfect stay at “Reverence hotel”. Very clean room, very cosy, very quiet, although right at the busy boulevard, perfect location. Very nice and good quality breakfast, made by the staff who were extremely nice! We absolutely recommend it and we will defenitely go back.
