The location was peaceful and scenic, surrounded by nature. The container-style design was unique and cozy, and the outdoor seating area was a nice touch to enjoy the cool Kundasang air. We stayed at Ritz Residence for 4 nights and it was our best stay in Malaysia so far. From the beginning the communication was excellent and we got provided with useful details as to what address exactly to type in the Grab app and how go get in the building. The room is beautiful and modern and it was spotlessly cleaned and smelled really nice. The whole stay was a joy, they kelt checking on us making sure we were happy with everything. There are two pools and a gym also and a bit if a playground for kids. We swam there every day and exercised a little. Thank you for everything to all the Ritz Residence staff and hopefully see you again in the future.
