The persons in the reception were super friendly. Marcelo helped us to prepare some breakfast one day that we had to leave at 5 am, it was super cool gesture from him.

The facility is perfectly clean. The whole staff is super nice and willing to help you when in need. You can take a hot water shower whenever you want. Although the hotel is a bit far from the downtown, anyone available at the moment will give you a ride back and forth. If you are too lazy to wait for their response, you can still walk (appx. 20 min by walk). You can order delivery for dinner, and feel free to use the dining place with plates and silverware. Heating system automatically runs after 5pm, so you don’t need to worry about getting cold. People are nice, and the place is cozy and clean. No more comment needed.

Although I only spent about 8 hours here, I had a wonderful experience. The staff waited up for me as my bus from Uyuni arrived late. The lady working at reception helped me organize my bus for the next morning, brought me an extra blanket, and even made me herbal tea, which she delivered to my room. The hospitality and good price make this place a great option if you're exploring Tupiza or just stopping for the night like me.

Selles hiljuti renoveeritud majutusasutuses on võimalik privaatselt parkida.... We loved this hotel especially because of the amazing staff. I had food poisoning (from my stay in Uyuni) and the staff at reception were extremely helpful. They brought tea to the room and checked up on me to make sure I was okay. They also helped by calling the bus company to move our ticket to the following day (we had to extend our stay by a night so I could recover). Apart from that the room was super comfortable and spacious, and the location is very central, just a couple of minutes from the main attractions.

Only used one of the rooms which had a very large & comfortable bed. A 3min walk from the main streets/city market. The fresh tropical fruits were a very nice welcome touch. Host was very friendly and responsive, and kindly let us check out much later.
