The host was so friendly and helpful. Bedroom and the ensuite bathroom were spotless and spacious. The house is enormous with a great swimming pool. Centrally located. The host gave some helpful advice, which was very welcomed. The only thing is the bedroom could use a blackout curtain. If you are 0K waking at 0530, then it's not an issue. Superb stay. Visit the Museum of Nature if you can. The Museum of American Man is interesting but does not compare with the Nature Museum. The cathedral is worth visiting. The statues are thought-provoking Great visit. Recommended.

HOTEL SERRA DA CAPIVARA RESORT E CONVENTION has a fitness centre, garden, a terrace and restaurant in São Raimundo Nonato. They were extremely helpful in organizing a local guide for us, and and providing good information. Very attentive, staff. Very good breakfast.

Located in Barra Grande, a few steps from Praia de Barra Grande, Villa dos Poetas provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. We had a great experience at Villa dos Poetas. The whole place is very comfortable, well decorated, and perfect to relax. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive and accommodating. Location is also perfect - while right in front of the beach and a beach club and walking distance from the town center, it was slightly removed from the busiest bars, again helping us feel like we could fully relax and enjoy. The restaurant is a bonus add -great food and place to grab dinner/drinks!
