I met Marina when I checked in and she did the most to make me feel welcome and get me set up. She also explained really good advice and had answers to every question i had. Also throughout my stay, she checked on me to see how it was going or if I neeYd anything. The cabana and lobby was immaculate. She had everything so clean and beautiful, literally sparkling! The pool and the grounds were also so pristine. Everything looked just like the photos. I loved having access to the bike to ride into town. The kayak was great too! The pool was also excellent for an evening swim when the waves get too choppy.

We stayed here as a family while traveling between the Belize and Mexico border, and it was the perfect convenient stop. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the secure parking gave us peace of mind. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the pool was closed and our kids were really disappointed after a long car ride. That’s when Shahida stepped in. She immediately noticed their disappointment and asked what she could do for us. Thanks to her, we were able to use the whirlpool jacuzzi in a suite, and she completely saved our evening. Huge THX to Shahida for going above and beyond for our family!

Great Wi-Fi. Friendly and helpful French owner Natalie as were the cleaning staff. The cabins are located around 15 minutes walk from Sarteneja fishing village. If you are arriving by local bus the bus driver will drop you off around 200 metres from the cabins on the main road, you can also catch the return bus at the same location. Highly recommended.

O Orchid Bay Resort está situado diretamente na Praia de Orchid Bay, em uma área isolada da Baía de Corozal. I like the individual and very private casitas for the guests. Ours was "garden view" but only a few feet from the water. Meals at the restaurant were very good, plentiful and tasty! We would definitely stay there again.
