Glen greeted us warmly and allowed us to check in early so we could drop off our bags while we went out to the Fortress. The house is absolutely lovely--exactly what we were looking for on our Canadian countryside journey! It's very well maintained and the furniture is out of a movie from 70 years ago. Also, the breakfast was delicious and far exceeded expectations! They adjusted for my wife (vegetarian) as well.

It was such a pleasure getting to know Elizabeth and Kevin a little bit. The service was impeccable; the room immaculate and comfortable. Really enjoyed breakfast in the lovely dining room. Facing the seafront, The Zzzz Moose Camping Cabins is a campground providing a 2-star accommodation in Birch Plain. It features a private beach area, garden and parking on-site. A lovely stay in a wooden cabin tucked into the forest. Cosy but comfortable with a communal kitchen that we really appreciated to save costs on meals in restaurants. A lovely walk to the beach and the most amazing pannekoek for breakfast and some of the best coffee on the island! Don't miss the breakfast in the Cafe!
