Amazing location as it is right at the foothill of Le Massif. This meant that I could take my time to wake up in the morning, freshen up, eat breakfast, and still catch first chair at 8:30pm. Chantal and Sylvain were great hosts and helped us with exploring town. Location is just at the other side of the river and had a beautiful view.

Offering a shared lounge and sea view, Gîte Au Perchoir is set in Baie-Saint-Paul, 3.6 km from Art Centre Baie-St-Paul and 3.6 km from Contemporary Museum of Arts. Upon arriving at this well kept property, we were immediately drawn to the outside deck and seating that allowed amazing views across the water. Our hosts provided a thorough explanation of the property and how and where the facility works. Our ground floor room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well stocked ensuite bathroom. We stayed for 2 nights and both breakfasts were excellent. The property is about 5 minutes drive from the township centre, which means it is very quiet. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in Baie St Paul.

Built in 1870, this historical home in Saint-Siméon faces Rivière Noire and Fleuve Saint-Laurent. It offers beach access and an outdoor terrace by the water. Extremely clean. The owners were lovely and it was wonderful to sit by the stream with a glass of wine.
