The kitchen came stocked with some basic items that was quite convenient and appreciated.Quick drive to all main Niagara attractions. Supermarkets restaurants just walking distance away. Our host response was almost immediate to any questions we had. The kids appreciated the little patio set☃️ they played in the snow while we still got to supervise them. Will definitely be returning. 😊😊😊😊

The breakfast was amazing, Dan and Jamie are absolutely amazing hosts! The B&B has a very warm vibe to it and is walking distance from the Falls and all the major attraction spots. Would recommend 100%

Surrounded by well-tended grounds, Butterfly Manor is just 3 km from the popular Niagara Falls. We have been traveling for 2 weeks and staying in many hotels. We found the couple who ran the manor very friendly and helpful. They advised us the best way to get tickets for the Niagara Falls boat trip, seeing it was a weekend and the lines would be long. It was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. Parking on site and the beds were very comfortable. We have traveled from New Zealand and would recommend this manor.

We had a great 2-night stay at Cozy House B&B. The host was very welcoming and made sure our stay was comfortable in every manner. The kitchen was well-equipped with all cooking items with lots of stuff in the fridge for our use. The cooked breakfast was quite sumptuous and filling and a must-have. The host also picked us up and dropped us off at Buffalo airport for a fee which turned out to be very convenient for us, we didn’t have to worry about transport across the border. We would highly recommend Cozy House B&B.
