A szálláson nagyon kedves személyzet fogadott minket. A bejelentkezés gyors volt. A szoba, amit kaptunk pont olyan volt, mint a képeken. A szoba és maga az egész szálloda nagyon tiszta volt, és jó illat volt mindenütt! Az ágyak nagyok voltak és nagyon kényelmesek. Minden nap volt takarítás, törölköző csere. A takarító személyzet is nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Mi a reptérről tömegközlekedéssel jutottunk el a szállodához, egész gyorsan. A buszmegálló szinte a szálloda előtt van. Egy busszal és egy metróval könnyen be lehet jutni Torontó belvárosába.
