We chose the property purely based on its location between Saquenay and Quebec and time of day we needed to leave the former and arrive at the latter. We arrived tired and hungry at 7pm after a long day of kayaking in Saguenay and the proprietor's answer to our request for dinner suggestions (go to the grocery store for a baguette, some paté, and a bottle of wine and eat it on the balcony) was perfect. We enjoyed the proprietor's sense of humor and chit-chat over breakfast in the morning. He kindly also let us spread out our wet camping gear on the fence and lawn to drive so that we could properly repack it before continuing our journey into Quebec where wouldn't need it for several days.

We’d booked 2 nights here but didn’t make the first one due to a flight cancellation. However, this hotel reimbursed us for the missed night without being asked. We were super grateful for this and wish we could have experienced more of the super facilities.

Este hotel está situado na cidade murada de Old Quebec, a 6 minutos a pé da Fontaine de Tourny. O hotel está anexo a um restaurante e teatro. The hotel has a great location that makes you wander a bit further from the epicenter. The street is filled with stores and restaurants. Service, although, I've been to friendlier settings, is polite and very efficient, from check-in to check-out and any request throughout. Israel, the Concierge, was very helpful and eager to source what we needed/wanted. The rooms were spacious and lovely.

I loved everything about my stay, especially the bed, which was incredibly comfortable. The room felt warm and cozy, with tall ceilings and a charming brick interior. The bathroom was nice and spacious, and having L'Occitane en Provence toiletries was a lovely treat. The food and service at the hotel restaurant were exquisite! The location was ideal, as it was right across the street from the Museum of Civilization and the harbor, and just a few minutes away from the center of the old town.
