Loved the little chocolate left on our pillows and the ease of streaming through the TV via our phone.

The man at reception gave tremendous support in facilitating our reservation for a whale watch. We’re from the States, speak very little French. He went out of his way to help. The hotel is nice and modern with good lounge spaces off the lobby which include wine dispensers to easily grab a glass of wine and relax. The room was nice and modern, very clean and a good size. The hotel had chocolates and a welcome note waiting for us in the room when we arrived, which was a lovely touch. We were staying over Christmas and they also left treats for us that day when the room was serviced, which made Christmas even more special. The hotel is in a good location to easily access the lower old town, and is also a short walk up to the higher old town. We had a wonderful time in Quebec City and really enjoyed our stay at Hotel 71.
