Le Monastère des Augustines, a health and wellness centre, is a former monastery from the 17th century that has been completely restored. The property is amazing, really well located and walking distance to the main points in Quebec. The staff is great and helpful. The room is clean, comfortable and cozy. Their breakfast is absolutely wonderful. I would definitely stay there again when I return to Quebec

Service, although, I've been to friendlier settings, is polite and very efficient, from check-in to check-out and any request throughout. Israel, the Concierge, was very helpful and eager to source what we needed/wanted. The rooms were spacious and lovely.

The bathroom was nice and spacious, and having L'Occitane en Provence toiletries was a lovely treat. The food and service at the hotel restaurant were exquisite! The location was ideal, as it was right across the street from the Museum of Civilization and the harbor, and just a few minutes away from the center of the old town.
