The hotel was actually better than I expected. The room was nice, the staff were really helpful, and the location is great. The facilities are a big plus, there’s even a washing machine, which is super convenient if you need to do laundry. You also get a free public transport pass, which is such a bonus. The kitchen is well set up too, so you can cook and save a bit of money. I’d totally recommend staying here :)

The 4-star superior Hotel Bristol is situated in the centre of Geneva, facing the quiet Mont Blanc Square and only at a few steps away from the lake and the main train station. Location was brilliant. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Rooms weee spacious and comfortable. Breakfasts had a wide selection and dinners were gourmet and delicious.

Fabulous location with most things of interest within walking distance. The apartment was decorated with impeccable taste with all the amenities you could think of.....and then some. The bathroom and shower had all the extra comforts provided that you could think of, even a jewellery cleaning machine, a foot bath and a facial sauna! The most extraordinary thing about our stay was the breakfast! It was the most beautiful breakfast you could every imagine and was delivered each morning to our room. It was not just a breakfast, but an entire feast with everything you could imagine, including hot fresh pastries each and every morning! Just when you thought it could not get any better, each day a lovely person would take our dirty laundry away and return it to us and the end of the day. It was extraordinary in every way!! The most incredible part of our stay was our lovely connection with the Chief Conciege, Bastien. Bastien is the most kind, warm and professional person you could ever have the pleasure of meeting. I have never met such a person in his role woho clearly loves every minute of his job. His daily interactions with us were fun, interesting and always with a personal touch with added stories of historical facts and past experiences. We both feel honored to have met him and hope to keep in touch!!
