They decorated our room beautifully with a giant balloon, some sweets and a heartwarming card after learning it was our honeymoon. We also enjoyed the beautiful lake and mountain views outside the hotel. It is located 1 stop away from Interlaken Ost so you can get more peace and privacy away from crowds. 8-10 min walk with heavy luggages to the station. The breakfast was great, loved the hummus, cheese and variety of bread. There’s no mocha but the owner kindly asked what it’s like and made it for me, it was delicious. Thank you very much! I highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful hospitality and great views!

The property is unique and excellent. They have managed to retain the property's old charm while including modern amenities. We got the room facing the mountains and the view was amazing. The room was clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. We travel with our dog and this place is super pet friendly too. All in all a great stay will definitely recommend

Modern guestrooms are decorated in light colours with patterned fabrics; all include satellite televisions and balconies and free WiFi. An amazing experience! The location is perfect, just across from Interlaken West train station. Our room had a balcony with stunning views of the mountains. The staff is wonderful—friendly, multilingual, and very accommodating. Breakfast is included and delicious. Plus, there's 24/7 access to coffee, tea, and fresh water from a machine at the reception. There's nothing to complain about; it was a fantastic stay!
