See- und Seminarhotel FloraAlpina enjoys an idyllic location at the shores of Lake Lucerne, outside the village of Vitznau. This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated, and opening the window revealed a stunning lake view. The layout of the room was very practical, and the recently renovated facilities felt brand new. The breakfast offered unique and delightful options, and the dinner was equally distinctive with its local flavors. Highly recommended！

Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. Convenient and beautiful location, clean and comfortable rooms, a welcoming atmosphere, and a tasty breakfast (I especially recommend trying their homemade bircher muesli). Overall it was an amazing stay and I can 100% recommend this hotel for all your visits to Luzern.

Staff at reception were so kind and welcoming. They were also answering my messages prior my arrival very fast, i was able to receive my Luzern visitor card for free transportation right on time. The room was spacious and very clean. I loved having the Coffee machine in the room. Hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop.

It’s a very new and comfortable place. The rooms is big enough. it’s shared toilet and bathroom but it’s very well organised. Also there’s a basin for washing in the room.

An unforgettable magic experience of visiting a Japanese restaurant Minamo with a chef Yutaka Kobayashi. Every dish was like a piece of art. Definitely come back again and will recommend to the friends.
