We can only recommend this stay and would come back in a heartbeat. The room and facilities were great and the garden is gorgeous. The hosts were very friendly and eager to help. They even accomodated secure storage beyond checkout time for my mother's luggage who had a broken collarbone.

It was a nice quiet location only a 15 minute walk to old town Murten. The apartment was very clean and the host easy to communicate with. We loved the free parking and that it was pet friendly.

Aquest hotel, envoltat de camps verds i horts de pomeres, es troba al Chateaux Salavaux, construït el 1594, a només 1 km del llac Murten. This is an amazing hotel. The room is beautiful and comfortable, all staff are attentive, and the food is incredible! Really worth it! Big parking place, dogs were accepted and could join in the restaurant.

L'Old Town Flat combina un edifici històric situat al centre de Murten amb apartaments elegants i moderns que inclouen una cuina completament equipada, una terrassa amb jardí i Wi-Fi gratuïta. Amazing location, super cosy and functional apartment right in the old town (hence the name 😉) My only regret is that we didn't stay more than 1 night to take in more of the town. I am very much planning to return here in the future!

Nice place where we felt completely at home, surrounded by beautiful decor, complimentary food, and all the little necessities you wouldn’t normally expect in a rental property — even a fondue pot was available! Pascal and his son were very friendly, gave us great advice on what to see in the area, and even showed us their chickens and let us feed them.
