The atmosphere, the views, the service — it’s all exceptional. This was actually my second time staying here, and I loved it even more. It’s truly a special place that I’m always excited to return to.

Situated 450 metres above Lake Lucerne on the Bürgenberg mountain, in the Bürgenstock Resort, the Waldhotel by Bürgenstock was designed by star architect Matteo Thun and features the Waldhotel Spa and... The location is beautiful , the facilities are excellent and the staff superb . The staff goes out of the way to make your stay very enjoyable . We particularly appreciated the services and warmth of restaurant manager of Verbena restaurant and Scangar at Spices , who went out of the way to explain to us about the food and the history of Burgestock .

The hosts Elisabeth and Felix were friendly and kind. We were treated with a complimentary bottle of Swiss wine upon arrival - delicious. They anticipated our every need. The apartment had everything we needed and more. It felt like home away from home. They were so considerate of my grandfather (88 years old) who travelled with me. We had a wonderful stay.

Located 400 metres above Lake Lucerne, these spacious apartments feature a balcony with panoramic views over the lake and the surrounding mountains. The centre of Emmetten is 500 metres away. Location was the higlight. Nice tucked away village with awesome views. Morning and afternoon at the balcony with view of lake lucern were our highlight. Locationwise was perfect for our planned tourist visits. The hosts kept us informed of process and welcomed us next morning. Juice, water and welcome chocolates were a treat we were not expecting :) Bits in kitchen all there - including cooking oil. A little glitch on bathroom hot water was sorted very promptly. Heating was pretty good - we had to get the fan out - which was tucked away in the little loft room. Overall the place had a good chalet charm about - kids loved it.

Located in Stans’ village square, Hotel Engel provides modern rooms with contemporary furniture and a minimalistic design. The café bar offers a terrace overlooking the square. So clean. Excellent staff. Great choices and prices in the restaurant. I felt very safe

Rising high on Mount Bürgenstock, this early 1900s villa offers luxurious rooms with balconies and a heated infinity pool overlooking Lake Lucerne. I’m used to traveling the world and staying in 5-star hotels, but I have to say — the level of service here was on a whole different level. I’ve never experienced anything like it before. Everything was flawless, and the attention to detail was simply mind-blowing. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a Corner Suite with a stunning lake view for our honeymoon, which was such a lovely surprise! The handwritten congratulatory note, signed by every member of the staff, was a truly brilliant and unique touch. We kept that letter as a souvenir Thanks for making this stay memorable

Located in Beckenried, right at the shore of Lake Lucerne, Hotel Nidwaldnerhof direkt am See features a lake-view terrace and offers free WiFi access and free garage parking, with each room having its... Whoever put this place together is a genious in this field. Food, service, design, amenities all extremely thought out and provided with great presentation. Wait staff excellent as well as the food and view in the on-site restaurant. As a suggestion for the fall and spring, how bout a gas fire pit to sit around outside on the lake?

Located in Beckenried at Lake Lucerne, Boutique-Hotel Schlüssel offers rooms of unique charm in a historic building dating back to 1820. WiFi access is free of charge. The accommodation was very charming, reminiscent of a swiss chalet. Breakfast was delightful. Staff was extremely attentive and kind. We are thankful for the upgrade offered without request. Location is exceptional, close enough to enjoy the city and far enough to experience the lake and country side. Readily accessible to main road.
