We had a wonderful stay! The design of the rooms was truly impressive — spacious, beautifully decorated, and with a bright, open feel thanks to the high ceilings. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, offering both quality and abundance with plenty of options to choose from. The spa area was another highlight — clean, relaxing, and with a pleasant fragrance throughout, especially in the Turkish sauna. Overall, a perfectly balanced mix of comfort, elegance, and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

The hotel (actually a charming villa) was in a prime location, close to all the major attractions. The lady at the reception 🥰🥰🥰 was very friendly, welcomed us with complimentary chocolates. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The room was beyond comfortable, spotless and spacious, with elegant décor. Breakfast was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options. Great restaurants and train station within walking distance. Ability to store your luggage after check-out. Hotel Millennium in Locarno is located right on the banks of Lake Maggiore, near the harbour and only a 2-minute walk from the Old Town and the train station. Wi-Fi is available for free in all rooms.... Hotel jest piękny. Mały, przytulny, bardzo czysty i z atmosferą jak w domu. Panie są bardzo miłe i sympatyczne. Przyjęły nas jak rodzinę. Pokoje bardzo ładne i czyściutkie. Nie jest to nowoczesny surowy hotel, ale starszy, z bardzo przytulnym klimatem włosko- francuskim. Łóżka wygodne z fantastyczną jakością poduszek. Komfort snu gwarantowany. Śniadania pyszne! Ważnym atutem hotelu jest akceptacja zwierząt. Ogromnym zaskoczeniem była naszykowana w pokojach dla naszych piesków karma. Bardzo za to dziekujemy! Hotel znajduje się nad pięknym jeziorem, a okolica jest zachwycająca. Polecam to miejsce każdemu! Dziękujemy za wszystko i do zobaczenia!

Pięciogwiazdkowy Hotel Splendide Royal z 1887 roku zachował atmosferę z przełomu wieków i jest najbardziej eleganckim hotelem w Lugano. Jest on położony przy głównej ulicy miasta, nad jeziorem. It had the best location looking at the a very nice view of lake Lugano, it was very classic hotel feeling authenticity and elegance, very close to downtown area.

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Lugano and just a short walk to Piazza della Riforma, the charming Christmas markets, and the main shopping district. Being right next door to the funicular/cable car to the train station made arrival and departure incredibly easy. The food was a highlight. Breakfast was incredible with a huge variety of continental and English options, including plenty of vegetarian choices. We also had a very good dinner at the restaurant. The hotel had a lovely festive vibe, but what truly stood out was the service. Every staff member was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfect. The decor is tasteful , the location is unbeatable, and the views are simply breathtaking. One of the highlights was being able to walk just a few steps down and dive straight into the lake. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented But what made our stay truly special was Carmen. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made us feel completely at home. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back!
