This property is very well maintained. We were a family of 4 and there were 4 beds so everything worked out perfectly. The kitchenette had everything working well. The bathroom was clean and with adequate towels. The place is only 15 mins from the Tasch railway station by walking and it is a comfortable walk. We had 3 medium sized bags and we got the apartment on the 4th floor. The Property has a lift from the basement to 3rd floor which is convenient. Dominique the host is very quick in responding as I wanted to ask her if I can store my luggage in the morning and then go to zermatt/gornergrat. Food you can take from the pizza house and the coop opposite the station. There is also a BF service if you want but we did not opt for it. Apart from all this the view from the balcony of the apartment is that nof the valley, the mountains which were snow capped and the trains snaking up the mountain …… all a delightful vista. You can see the mountains from one of the bedroom even when lying down which is a superb experience when waking up in the morning.

Overall, Zinal is one of the best locations for skiing in Wallis, with safe snow due to its high altitude and perfectly prepared pistes. We have been three times already and will definitely come back again!

The room was very nice and cosy, clean and with a big balcony., We had dinner twice in the restaurant, and both times we were really satisfied. The view was very beautiful, with the Alps just in front. The breakfast, amazing, all fresh products, and including a fantastic tiramisù. Last but not the least, the staff, probably the best thing about the hotel. Everyone is very friendly, professional and at the same time easy going attitude, always helpful and ready to give advice and super customer oriented. This is probably one of the best hotels I have ever been.
