The location is excellent. The spa is beautiful and the views from everywhere we stayed were great. The Staff were all very friendly and the level of service exceptional. We loved every minute of it.

Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. room is clean and nice. comfy for sleep. can do late check in, they provide you enough info before you came. the view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the mountain and lake, love it! the staff is kind, they will help you. the breakfast is delicious, though everyday is the same menu, but we really like it, never get bored of the breakfast. Definitely will come again later!

I Luzern, bare 4,9 kilometer fra Luzern jernbanestasjon og 5,3 kilometer fra KKL Kultur- und Kongresszentrum Luzern ligger Hotel Felmis SELF CHECK-IN. Staff at reception were so kind and welcoming. They were also answering my messages prior my arrival very fast, i was able to receive my Luzern visitor card for free transportation right on time. The room was spacious and very clean. I loved having the Coffee machine in the room. Hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop.
