Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was quite spacious and very comfortable, providing a relaxing environment to unwind after a long day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; they even recommended some local attractions around the area which enhanced my experience.

Hotel Felmis stoji 4 km izven mestnega središča mesta Luzern. Ponuja restavracijo z 2 terasama, brezplačen brezžični internet in brezplačno parkiranje. Do Luzernskega jezera je le 20 min hoje. Really great place to stay, our stay in Felmis in July 2025. Staff are really nice, breakfast was super. Reserved electric car charging station was really appreciated. I'd definitely go there again.

Located within a private park on the shore of Lake Lucerne, Seehotel Waldstätterhof Swiss Quality is set in a building from 1870. It features its own access to the lake, free WiFi, and a spa area. We come to this hotel whenever we are in the Lucerne area. It is AMAZING! Love everything from the staff, to the incredible views from the balcony, the room service, the huge range of delicious foods for breakfast and the playroom for kids. Every corner of the hotel has something fun and interesting! Will always stay here!

Hotel des Balances se nahaja na slikoviti lokaciji ob reki Reuss v starem jedru mesta Luzern. Brezžični internet je na voljo brezplačno. Lovely hotel in the Lucerne old town. Our room had everything we could need. It was clean and confortable. We would recommend to others.

Staff at reception were so kind and welcoming. They were also answering my messages prior my arrival very fast, i was able to receive my Luzern visitor card for free transportation right on time. The room was spacious and very clean. I loved having the Coffee machine in the room. Hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop.

A very lovely and cozy hotel with a warm, homely atmosphere. Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and easy — we arrived very late, but the hotel staff had everything prepared for us: a parking spot was reserved, the key was left for us, and we were given clear instructions on where to find it. The staff were all very kind and polite. We truly felt welcome and comfortable here, and would happily come back!

Nastanitev Silvia's Bed und Breakfast in Luzern se nahaja v mestu Luzern, 4,9 km od znamenitosti Spomenik Löwendenkmal in 5,3 km od znamenitosti kulturno in kongresno središče KKL v Luzernu, ter... Great location, Silvia was welcoming even after arriving very late at night for check in. Breakfast was great...and accommodation was super clean. Will definitely stay at Silvia upon our return.
