Situated just 27 km from Lion Monument, Andi's BnB offers accommodation in Zug with access to a terrace, a shared lounge, as well as a lift. We went on a road trip from Croatia to Switzerland and back, staying in a few hotels along the way. One of them was Andi's BnB. It was truly a unique experience for us. It's not like any other place we've been. Andi's BnB is located in a building where other companies have offices, and once you enter, you'll immediately notice what looks like a very nicely decorated living room of a large, spacious apartment. The living room is the central part of the place, and from there you go to separate rooms, each with its own private bathroom and everything else you'd typically get in a hotel. In the living room, there's Andi's mini office, a kitchen, and a dining space, with a special closed room for smoking. Every morning, we'd be greeted by the always-smiling Andi, who prepared breakfast for us. The breakfast was amazing, and there were so many options to choose from. Even if you didn't find what you needed, you could use the kitchen and make whatever you wanted. Sadly, we stayed only for 3 days, but after heading on with the rest of our journey and staying in other hotels, we started missing Andi's place. It was honestly the best part of our trip.

The rooms are immaculate, stylishly renovated, and come with a gorgeous Nespresso machine—small detail, big joy. The brasserie downstairs is excellent, and the staff throughout are warm, attentive, and clearly take pride in what they do. Lovely breakfast too. Great value for this level of comfort and charm.

Set in Walchwil, Dein Traum direkt am See offers accommodation with a private pool. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is set in a stunning area. Whilst Switzerland in general is extremely picturesque, you cannot beat the views which are on your door stop. You are set on Lake Zug with views of the surrounding mountains. Whilst slightly off the beaten track it is easy accessible with the train station a short 5 minute walk away with good connections. Not that you’d know because you don’t hear the trains! You can swim in the pool or take a swim in the lake or even better… paddle boarding! The outdoor area is well decorated with the sun setting down throughout the day. The property itself is designed for couples but is well designed, clean and modern. The host is happy to be contacted throughout the stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again despite being on the pricier side which I think is currently a fair value.

The location is truly amazing, with an unbelievable view and the lake entrance less than 100 meters from the door. Even with the cooler September weather, the crystal-clean water made for a great swim! The apartment is perfectly stocked with everything you need (and more), including a thoughtful welcoming box. Jean was the most helpful and friendly host we could ask for, treating my entire family (and our dog!) with exceptional kindness. This was, without a doubt, the most beautiful apartment and the best hosting experience we have ever had. Highly recommended, we look forward to returning!

It’s a brand new spacious property located 5 minutes walk from the train station. It was a very good and caring touch when I found some stash of food and snacks upon arrival after the 12 hour travel day.

The hosts are realy friendly. There is a lake to swim or walk along just 15 minutes away. You can just go for a walk in any direction into the forests, mountains. When you come back, you can have your meal or drink something in the terras with the view of mountains. There are also cats, chickens, ducks etc for the small children.
