The island itself amazed us with its remarkable geodiversity and biodiversity – from the turquoise lagoon to the lush vegetation and fascinating landforms. Reaching the highest point of the island (124 m above sea level) was a small but very rewarding adventure, crowned with a beautiful panoramic view. Set alongside Aitutaki Lagoon, this resort offers 3 beachfront bungalows. Aitutaki Seaside Lodges is located in Amuri, 5 minutes' drive from Aitutaki Airport. Awesome location. Friendly people. Tee helped us get settled and helped organised hire vehicles. Took us to get initial supplies and showed us where the shops were. Transported us to and from the airport. We would have been lost without her!

The property was right on the beach, excellent facilities, plenty of room for three people, staff were amazing and helpful and had plenty of additional resources for us to use (e.g. bikes, scooters, cars for hire etc)

Situated in Amuri and only 2.7 km from Aitutaki Beach, TeAraiMoana House - Aitutaki features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. This holiday home provides a garden.... We had a fabulous stay at TeAraiMoana house! Everything about it is fantastic! It’s extremely unique perched on a hill with a wonderful view of the lagoon and Ootu beach. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom and hairdryer are great, and the kitchen is well stocked. There’s a giant tv with Netflix, and two comfy couches in the living room. The outside deck is also very nice with perfect comfy chairs. The house comes with excellent WiFi which is usually limited in the Cook Islands (as in you need either a Vodafone eSIM or hotspot access). The road up does turn from asphalt to dirt but there’s a lot of dirt roads on Aitutaki. Seta met as at the airport and also helped us get back since we rented a small car and couldn’t fit our luggage in it. Simon is extremely responsive. Don’t hesitate to book TeAraiMoana house it will add to the magic of Aitutaki!

Located 800 metres from Aitutaki Beach, Tai'inu Bungalows offers a private beach area, a garden and air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. Vaea picked us up at the airport and took us to town for some shopping and orientation. Comfortable bungalow Had everything we needed. Easy walk to great swimming. Kii took us around the lagoon for snorkeling. Vaea went over the island map so we knew all the things to see.
