Greeting guests with its beautiful lobby chimney, this hotel offers accommodations on the shores of Villarrica Lake. The location was great, right between Villarica and Pucon. 10 min from each. Also the hotel was “right” size, not too big and not too small, related to amount of guests. Breakfast was great, food was very high quality and very well prepared. Congrats to the chef. Beds were very comfortable and cleanliness was good.

The room was nice and comfortable, but the highlight of the place are the hosts. They gave us the warmest welcome and tried to make everything as comfortable as possible. They even allowed us to take a shower after the checkout when we returned from our hike. It really feels like they love being the hosts and having guests.

The house is located in a very calm and secure neighbourhood, within walking distance of Villarrica's centre. It has a parking place for one car, or a maximum of two if well accommodated. Edgardo, the host, is very attentive and kind. He was very flexible with check-in time, and communication before and during the stay was outstanding.

Objekt Hostal Collins House nalazi se u gradu 'Temuco', na 1,7 km od znamenitosti Cerro Nielol, te nudi smještaj koji sadrži vrt, besplatno privatno parkiralište i terasu. The location was exceptional - right next to a park, but within a couple blocks of downtown to be able to walk to restaurants and stores. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. A family lives there and has some help to run the guesthouse. They're all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was filling and cooked to order. The complimentary alfojares introduced them to me, and throughout our trip I bought more!

This is a wonderful place to stay and relax. There is a lovely outdoor space with two hot tubs a small pool and a sauna - so relaxing. The owners are so nice. We spoke to them and learned about the history of the space, and they were so friendly. They work very hard. We were in one of the alpine huts. It was small, but very comfortable. The breakfast was good and they also serve dinner (extra cost). We would return!
