Greeting guests with its beautiful lobby chimney, this hotel offers accommodations on the shores of Villarrica Lake. The location is fabulous, including a nice spa and lots of common areas, including a pool room and indoor (as well as outdoor) pool for rainy days. But most surprising for an hotel of this size is the quality of the food. After our first night, we did not bother to go out and drive after darkness and had our four dinners there, to our outmost pleasure (and many thanks to the Chef!). Also worth noting is the kindness and efficiency of the staff allover, with gold medal to the smiley and very efficient Josephine at the reception. We stayed 4 days and wish we would have stayed more, well informed for activities by the dedicated and enthusiast guides at the tourist desk in the lobby. Congratulations to all the team and beautiful Chili (offering fabulous sceneries) that deserves much more international tourists. Pucon is definitively the place to go for outdoor activities.

Juan and Ximena were amazing, helped us with everything and did us fell like home. The hospitality, conversations, tips, bedroom and breakfast made my stay in Pucon really awesome, my mom also loved it! Thank you very much for everything!

Ecos del Manantial ligger i Villarrica og tilbyr terrasse med utsikt mot fjellet og bassenget, i tillegg til helårsåpent utendørsbasseng, badstue og boblebad. Súper nice hosts, great area, relatively close to Villarrica ( with car), fantastic breakfast. And hoy tubs, cleaned and water changed each morning.

I Malalcahuello ligger Tiny & Big House Suite Los Mallines de Malalcahuello, som har en restaurant, snackbar, en hage, en døgnåpen resepsjon og terrasse. Boenhetene har utsikt over fjellet. The layout of the "tiny house" was perfect. Everything toward relaxation. Kitchen well equipped, nice shower (rare in my Chile accommodations), liked how it was set among trees and shrubs to feel private. Nice big front porch. Host very kind, understanding, organized, and accommodating. I arrived a day early by accident!
