The staff did an excellent job coordinating transportation and tours, making it easy to explore the breathtaking surroundings without stress. After adventurous days, relaxing at the spa and pool—especially with a soothing massage—was the perfect way to unwind. Both restaurants offered delicious meals throughout the day. Breakfast had a great variety, and lunch and dinner were consistently satisfying. A special mention goes to the cordero tasting, a thoughtful touch that gave us a real taste of Patagonia. The hotel’s amenities are top-notch: the water station with hot, cold, and even sparkling options was a welcome surprise, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the exceptional body cream provided—such a luxurious detail! The views from the property are simply stunning, adding to the overall magic of the stay. Overall, Rio Serrano exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking to combine adventure with luxery relaxation in one of the most beautiful corners of the world.

It’s a home away from home in many ways!

She prepares an incredible breakfast, will help you with any questions you have about Puerto Natales and the region, and keeps everything super clean and tidy. We didn't use it much but the wifi was great and the location is close to the coast as well as tons of cute shops and restaurants and the local museum. If you're interested in trail running, she's also a very accomplished runner and has done (and placed in!) almost every race in the area! We couldn't have asked for more.

It's close to the center (15 min walk). Christian, his daughter and the two lovely dogs welcomed us warmly and it was a great stay for a short stay. Free and secure parking, nice residential area.

The room is spacious but cozy at the same time. It is about 25-30 minutes walk to the main square but is only a few blocks from the waterfront promenade. Pamela is very friendly and welcoming. WiFi is good. Just know that the room does not have a full kitchen. It does include a toaster, a small electrical oven and a small refrigerator. It was a very comfortable stay and we enjoyed it!

Our host was ready for us and gave us everything we needed, including laundry detergent upon request. There's laundry, a good shower, and a fully-equipped kitchen in the unit where we stayed. Enough space for three people. The location is very close to the Puerto Natales bus terminal—roughly a 5min walk. Our host took my call in the middle of the night when I desperately needed to access the internet. He was very gracious with it, despite my waking him up at 2am. I highly recommend this host and would absolutely stay here again during a visit to Puerto Natales!
