Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had an all-inclusive stay and the food was amazing in every meal. Also beautiful facilities -- amazing view, great spa, sauna and pool, and a lot of cute common spaces to hang out in. They also have an in-house tour operator that organized all our hikes so well!

The hosts were so friendly and helpful. They take great care in presenting a place that is clean and welcoming. Loved all the Christmas decorations. We stayed before and after the W trek and stored our gear while we were away and welcomed us back quite late at night.

Great host, very responsive and considerate. Excellent location, making it very easy to walk to the town center, without being too close. It was very quiet and peaceful. The accommodation was much larger than I expected, and well appointed with everything I needed during my stay.

Hostal like home is conveniently located within walking distance of everything you need in Puerto Natales. Cecilia was so warm and helpful. My room had a private bathroom and was super quiet, clean and comfortable. I loved the use of a communal lounge with tea and coffee making facilities and use of a fridge.

Location is just in front of ocean, lovely view from the window and close to the center. Everything was good, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Gilda and Luis. Highly recommended!
