Location was amazing. Walking distance from main attractions. Around a lot of places to eat or shopping. Room big and spacious with very comfortable bed. Also amazing view from the window. Great breakfasts. In the restaurant small playground for the kids. Very nice and friendly staff. Amazing place for the family. Can recommend it for 100%.

Both the manager and Mr Tuan at reception provide a service beyond expectations. Whatever you need they will help, from a late arrival, room fixes, local apps usage and general orientation and help all the way to bringing you around in his own private car, researching online, walking you to a restaurant and helping you order, teach you how to eat local foods or take you to a tasting and buying tea session. All with a smile and a great attitude. They also went out of their way to help us organize a next day visit at nearly midnight the day before and order from local websites using their own accounts! The rooms and facilities match the price and could see some renewal but they are completely acceptable. The place is in a quiet area but right next to a street food of exciting eateries and places to go out at night.

I was looking for a non-hotel kind of situation. Didn't want to go through a lifeless reception area and then to the room. This place envelops you in warmth as soon as you enter. The reception are is perfunctory - entrance shows you a library and a serving platform ahead. All of it tells you that you will be treated as a member of the family and not another customer. And then there are the people whether it is the cleaning lady, the cook aunty, the receptionist and most importantly the concierge who speaks English. We were lucky to have Lucky as our concierge and she went beyond the basic interaction- gave us tips on places to visit ( all of it were just the right one for us), places to eat and she did something beyond what is expected of her. She arranged a tea ceremony where we could interact with out Chinese relatives while Lucky translated. This touched us a great deal and made our stay special. A bit about the breakfast. Please go hungry for the breakfast. There is so much to eat and try. The rice cakes, dumplings, congee and do not miss the noodles the aunty delivers. They made all efforts to give us vegetarian stuff. The noodles are the best here...

The hotel is very clean and modern; staff are super friendly and helpful. Our apartment overlooked the river and some high-rise buildings which made view great in the evening when the lights are lit. Size is very spacious and there are a lot of storage places even for someone planning a long-term stay. Very happy with our stay.
