For example - the way the laundry arrived beautifully wrapped & the special extra long match sticks. Small things done with fine attention to detail was endearingly delightful!

Situated in Shenzhen, 4.5 km from Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Centre, SAVHE Hotel Binhe Times Shenzhen features views of the city. Every thing was perfect . If there is more than 10/10 i would give . The smell of the hotel is amazing . Location is very good in the same building of mall and directly front of the metro station and finally and the most important part is the staff is completely helpful specially the manager is very cooperative . He helped me and gave a good discount on the upgrade. It was short stay for two days but sure will be back

Well situated in the centre of Guangzhou, Atour Light Hotel Guangzhou Taikoo Hui Zhengjia Plaza offers air-conditioned rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a restaurant. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room and bathroom had lots of attention to details that’s not normally addressed by most hotels. Although the rooms did not have any outdoor views, but there was a window looking into a picturesque tree with mood lighting in the evening. The tv in the room was at least 65” and lots of channels available for viewing. They even provided 2 bottles of water at room temperature and another 2 in a small refrigerator with glass doors. The shower was compact yet efficient with wonderful perfume shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast included in our room rates were excellent choices of both western and Asian which were changed daily. The hotel is only two levels so there’s no waiting or crowded elevators. Provide laundry service too!
