We arrived early from a long flight. The reception staff used translate and WeChat to communicate with us as we couldn’t speak Chinese. They stored our luggage while our room got ready and suggested we go sightseeing and would message us once our room was ready. This worked great as we went to the pineapple mall had a look around and got something to eat and within 2 hrs our room was ready.

The owner is friendly, very helpful and understanding. The unit we stayed had a great ocean view.

Atlantis Sanya is a beautiful resort with numerous shops, dining options, an amazing water park and a world-class aquarium connected to its lobby. In addition to all the amazing facilities, Atlantis Sanya also has truly amazing staff. We were met on arrival by Arina who spoke perfect English and Mandarin (as well as many other European languages). Arina was always available throughout our stay at Atlantis and was happy to answer any questions and help with every request. She really made our stay at the resort an enjoyable and memorable one.

El Sanya Haitang Bay Muyu Time Seaview Apartment ofrece alojamiento independiente en Sanya, junto a la bahía de Haitang y a solo 3 minutos en auto de la bahía de Yalong. The apartment was spacious, clean and with everything we needed. It was cleaned every two days with fresh towels provided. The pool was great and a welcome relief. The owner was great in communication and the staff were on hand when we needed. Whilst the location is a significant distance from Sanya, everything we needed was in walking distance. Great beach (20mins) Street side restaurants (10). Grocery store (10mins). We had a driver for the week which gave us access to the tourist attractions.
