You can go everywhere conveniently. The rooms are all clean and tidy with great scent， and the owner of the house is nice, who not only recommended us the sites but also bought us tickets to the park. Thanks a lot.

At first i was skeptical, from the picture I thought this hotel wasn’t real but upon arriving to my surprise this place is really magical. Waking up from a winter wonderland, relaxing chill place. This is a family owned business, the owner “Jasper” is very nice and friendly, he speaks english, he has been very helpful, he’s very accomodating and his place is the most spacious among the hotels in Snow Valley. They also have restaurant inside the hotel, so you can just order anything from the menu and his family members will cook it. The dishes are cheap and very very very delicious! I was worried my kids won’t like it since we’re from Philippines but surprisingly they really enjoyed all the dishes especially guobarou and the chicken!! His mom, dad and uncle are very welcoming, they may have limited english but they use translation app or hand gestures to convey the message. Their amemities are complete, from toiletries to daily supply of water. I also enjoy the tea ceremony that Jasper prepare for his guests. He also take us to do some winter activities in the bear mountain which is the highlight of our trip. From skiing, to snow mobile, to interacting with other visitors, to riding snow tubes and etc. Most especially, since we are a family of 5 traveling, he helped me arrange our transportation going to Snow Valley and returning to Harbin. We will definitely come back here!!!!

The resort was amazing. The people could not help us enough and went out of their way to accommodate all our needs. The restaurant was fantastic with authentic food. We loved this resort.
