Very good service, very nice and helpfull owners who are trying their best. The owner met me at the airport with my name and took me back to the airport at 3 a.m. And all that for unreasonably cheap price. Hotel is clean, bed was clean, towels clean. Tooth brush and everything was there.

At first i was skeptical, from the picture I thought this hotel wasn’t real but upon arriving to my surprise this place is really magical. Waking up from a winter wonderland, relaxing chill place. This is a family owned business, the owner “Jasper” is very nice and friendly, he speaks english, he has been very helpful, he’s very accomodating and his place is the most spacious among the hotels in Snow Valley. They also have restaurant inside the hotel, so you can just order anything from the menu and his family members will cook it. The dishes are cheap and very very very delicious! I was worried my kids won’t like it since we’re from Philippines but surprisingly they really enjoyed all the dishes especially guobarou and the chicken!! His mom, dad and uncle are very welcoming, they may have limited english but they use translation app or hand gestures to convey the message. Their amemities are complete, from toiletries to daily supply of water. I also enjoy the tea ceremony that Jasper prepare for his guests. He also take us to do some winter activities in the bear mountain which is the highlight of our trip. From skiing, to snow mobile, to interacting with other visitors, to riding snow tubes and etc. Most especially, since we are a family of 5 traveling, he helped me arrange our transportation going to Snow Valley and returning to Harbin. We will definitely come back here!!!!

The location is excellent, overlooking the Sophia Church, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the flood control memorial tower by the river. The host was very enthusiastic to help us arrange transport to the airport as well 3 very big luggages. They have well deserved five stars rating from me, and I highly recommend to friends who come to Harbin for tourism or business trips.

Always replies quickly to every message, helps with any issue that can occur and knows a lot about surroundings. If you need to find a place to eat, the nearest bank or places to see h he always has your back. Apartments are nice, a lot of space, huge windows, nice shower and toilet. Apartments are perfect for 1 or 2 people. The flat is located in a secured complex, there is a basketball court, a couple lakes and a swimming pool inside it, along with a huge amount of benches, small roads to walk around and several parks. There are a lot of restaurants and street-food stalls around (personally recommend BBQ place on the left from the west gate). If you are first time in China - there are a couple places outside the complex where you can buy and activate a sim-card. Complex is located 10 minutes away from two most popular tourist-oriented streets (Zhong Yang and Baroque Street), so it's easy to pick a route to take a look around. Also, Songhua river is 5 minutes away from the place.
