Nothing can beat the experience of being so well taken care of after a long and tiring flight.Mr Ho even took us to a local restaurant for some real delicious Harbin food and the next day, acted as our guide and took us to the Sahari Tigers Park, a must visit place but to have an amazing adventure, always have a guide. Rooms are clean and spacious.

From upgrading our room to one with an amazing panoramic view over the frozen river. To let us check in early after our early flight arrival and check out late. Also great were Amy and the Hunter who took great care of us. And basically everyone else was so nice. Besides this breakfast and dinner buffet had a huge variety and very high quality.
