If you come with a huge and heavy luggage it’s better communicate it in advance to be provided the room on the first floor! There are also a couple of good coffee specialty shops just around the corner. Highly recommended!!

The manager was very friendly and helped us throughout our stay. We were given a free upgrade upon arrival. The location was ideal for people who visit Lingyin temple, just a few minutes by walk to the ticket office. The Lingyin area is so green that one feels close to nature. One of our rooms has a spacious balcony with open view for the green hills around the village. The other room has artful wooden interior design, a blend of traditional and modern style. Found interesting Chinese paintings (copies) from Laoshu and we liked the traditional furnitures in the hotel. There's a lovely quiet yard with a big sweet osmanthus tree, a traditional moon gate and lion stone statues.

Best secluded location in hangzhou west lake area. the place is kept in pristine condition and staffs were all friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, the prices were reasonable. Clean, comfortable and in a good location. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets had a lot of choice and the quality of the food was excellent. Customer service from all the staff was excellent! A special mention to Sissi who was very friendly, attentive and extremely helpful during our whole stay.

Spacious and clean rooms, helpful staff, good choice of breakfast options. Location is very convenient.
