The location was great, the hotel was really comfortable, and the staff were amazing and so kind. I couldn't give a stronger recommendation of this place! Their suggestions genuinely leveled up our trip to Leticia, and we wouldn't have had as a great of an experience anywhere else. Highly recommend staying here!

The host was super nice and helpful. She helped us organising a taxi and choosing a good restaurant. We got a small breakfast even though we left really early. The pool was clean and refreshing.

I spent a few days here relaxing after a trek in the jungle. The staff was super helpful, providing me with rides to and from Leticia as well as to and from the airport. The restaurant was delicious and the chef was able to accomodate for my various dietary restrictions! I highly recommend Cabanas Yakuruna!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Lilliana in the Amazonas. The setting is absolutely beautiful — surrounded by lush jungle, it’s peaceful, clean, and the perfect place to relax and disconnect. Alexander, the owner, and his team were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Their hospitality was genuine, and they were always happy to help with anything we needed, including tips for exploring the area. The food was excellent, with fresh, local ingredients and great flavors. After long days of jungle adventures, coming back to a delicious meal and a quiet evening under the stars was perfect. If you’re looking for a place to rest, recharge, and experience the Amazon in a comfortable, authentic way, Villa Lilliana is a hidden gem. I’d definitely go back!

Joanna is one of the friendliest and most helpful hosts I’ve came across in my six months travelling South America. She is a bird enthusiast and we went birdwatching around the reserve; she also offered local Amazonian juices & drinks for me to try. Breakfast exceeded expectations and the lodge itself is beautiful, being set within the jungle and built using a traditional bamboo structure. It is located just off the road and easily reached by bus from Leticia. Joanna helped organise my tours and was always on hand to assist. Couldn’t have asked for anything better, in fact I wish I could’ve stayed longer.
