The pool felt great and it’s hard to beat the view of the fort. Each and every staff member was kind, helpful, and considerate of guest needs, at any time. The breakfast was also a great value.

The staff were very nice, polite, and helpful. We stayed only a couple of nights, but we had no complaints about the place. The room looked exactly like the pictures. The pool is small but charming, and the small patio is a nice spot to relax. The third-floor patio is lovely too, with a great view over the city. Overall, everything worked well for us. The bathroom had all the essentials, and the water was hot—which isn’t always guaranteed in Cartagena. Definitely a good stay!
