For those of us who were going elsewhere and have been roughing it for a bit this hotel is a nice reset. The staff are great, kind, and while the check in process takes a bit longer it is well worth the wait. The room is spacious, brand new, clean - it was exactly what I was looking for. Chances are I'll be staying and going to San Agustin once more. There's one thing I do know - I'm not staying anywhere else but here.

The room is very simple, with no frills: suitable for travelers who know how to adapt and are looking for authenticity rather than luxury. What truly impressed me, and what makes this place special, was the warmth and kindness of the family who runs it. They were absolutely amazing in every way. They took me on tours, provided taxi service, and cooked breakfast in the morning as well as lunch. Everyone was wonderful, including the children. I spent an entire day with them and had so much fun. We went to the pool, colored together, and it was a moment of genuine connection. A truly unique experience, full of warmth and humanity. One I will always carry with me. 💛

Pool was amazingly refreshing, staff were very helpful and a great place to relax after an intense time at the tatacoa dessert. The hotel is amazing and great value for money. :D

The kind attention l got from Mrs Patricia, she is very nice explaining the property, l got the apartment l was expecting, love the views from the mountains, has lots of natural light and no mosquitoes going into the apartment, has additional rooms and beds that can accommodate more people, like the kitchen and the main room was spacious. In general l like it a lot. It’s a new apartment complex with private security it made you feel safer in. In general great attention and service from everyone there.

The host is extremely friendly and helpful. The location in the town is good. Within 5 minutes you are on the plaza. The room was spacious. The bathroom was a little bit small, but perfectly fine. And everything was very clean. Breakfast was good and you could have it whenever you wanted. I really recommend this place! Note, the host doesn't speak English, but everything worked out fine with the help of Google Translate.
