The staff are great, kind, and while the check in process takes a bit longer it is well worth the wait. The room is spacious, brand new, clean - it was exactly what I was looking for. Chances are I'll be staying and going to San Agustin once more. There's one thing I do know - I'm not staying anywhere else but here.

This is the perfect spot to disconnect from the chaos of everyday life. No distractions, just peace, tranquility, and the magic of the desert. The attention to detail, from the pristine cleanliness of the rooms to the thoughtful amenities, speaks volumes about the love and care Lucila and her family pour into this place. The kind attention l got from Mrs Patricia, she is very nice explaining the property, l got the apartment l was expecting, love the views from the mountains, has lots of natural light and no mosquitoes going into the apartment, has additional rooms and beds that can accommodate more people, like the kitchen and the main room was spacious. In general l like it a lot. It’s a new apartment complex with private security it made you feel safer in. In general great attention and service from everyone there.
