The hotel is outside La Fortuna which I actually quite liked as it was quieter and felt closer to nature as a result. Leo (sorry if I spelt that wrong!) and his wife have created something so special here it was an honour to be part of it, and the freshly cooked breakfast every morning was simply divine!

Offering outdoor pool and a hot tub, Hotel Roca Negra Del Arenal is located in the suburbs of Fortuna. Free Wi-Fi access is available. Beautiful property, very friendly staff. Bed very comfortable and the gardens are stunning. We loved our stay.

يقع Arenal Observatory Lodge & Trails ضمن منطقة محمية أرينال، وعلى بعد 2.7 كم فقط من بركان أرينال، كما تحيط به ما مساحته 3.5 كم مربع من الغابات الاستوائية المطرية ويضم مسبح وتراس للتشمس وغرفة ألعاب... Beautiful views, an abundance of birds. Beautiful walks. The frog pond did not disappoint.

The pools, the huge breakfast, the restaurant with multiple choices, sushi were great! the environnement, the birds and flowers, the pool bar, the spa the staff. Everything was great!

Set in lush tropical gardens, at the foot of Costa Rica’s Arenal the Volcano Lodge, Hotel & Thermal Experience offers an outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi zone. Air-conditioned rooms have a terrace. The pools were excellent, not crowded when we were there and the water was a great temperature. The hot pools were great and we enjoyed spending time in them all. Breakfast was AWESOME - great selection of foods and the dining room area was so clean. I really liked how the staff kept everything so very clean, wiping everything down and mopping up water from the rain on the sidewalks, paths and restaurant floor. I was very impressed!

Breakfast was made to order (eggs, toast, cheese, fruit…) Dinner menu included a nice organic chicken soup which was delicious. After being out all day, it was convenient to have dinner by the fireplace, a few steps from our room.
