Discover the charm of Hotel Secreto La Fortuna, a quiet retreat in the heart of Fortuna, Costa Rica. Very very friendly and helpful staff, helped me with arranging the tours and updates; really nice environment with birds (and hummingbird) on site, and the staff kindly pointed out the sloth on the tree near the entrance and a beautiful lizard on the fence. location 5 minutes walk to downtown and very close to gorgeous restaurants. Have a beautiful view of the volcano with pool facilities great for cooling down after a long day. Comfy beds and well-functioning air cons, very clean environment and weirdly really little mosquitos.

Excellent service, property, facilities, food, and experience overall. Everyone made sure we felt welcome every step of the way and were even able to accommodate our dietary restrictions. I’d stay again in a heartbeat. The pictures don’t do it justice (the rooms are actually nicer than depicted on some of the photos!). They made our stay extra special by bringing treats to celebrate my mom’s birthday and Mother’s Day. We so much appreciate all the kindness and these sweet little gestures.
