Offering outdoor pool and a hot tub, Hotel Roca Negra Del Arenal is located in the suburbs of Fortuna. Free Wi-Fi access is available. 原本只是路过住一晚，没抱太高期待，但实际住得非常好。酒店院子里环境优美，花木繁盛。温泉泳池虽然不大但很精致干净，旁边还有台球和乒乓球可以玩。酒店养的小猫很受孩子们欢迎。房间虽然简朴但很宽敞干净。门廊上还有沙发和吊床，我们去的季节也没有蚊虫，在外面坐坐很舒服。因为到的比较晚，所以没在酒店用餐，但隔壁就有一家很棒的Pizza店，出门右转走路4分钟，在一家很大纪念品商店里面，味道很好。总之超越期待，值得推荐。

Excellent service, property, facilities, food, and experience overall. Everyone made sure we felt welcome every step of the way and were even able to accommodate our dietary restrictions. I’d stay again in a heartbeat. The pictures don’t do it justice (the rooms are actually nicer than depicted on some of the photos!). They made our stay extra special by bringing treats to celebrate my mom’s birthday and Mother’s Day. We so much appreciate all the kindness and these sweet little gestures.

This tropical hotel is located next to Costa Rica's Arenal Volcano, 6 km from La Fortuna. It offers a natural hot spring, outdoor adventure activities, a luxurious spa and scenic volcano views. Amazing. The property is beautiful and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The grounds are well taken care of and create a truly relaxing environment. The food was simply outstanding – both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. Breakfasts were fresh, varied, and full of flavor, while the dinners felt like a real culinary experience. Everything was prepared with care and tasted far better than in many other hotels I’ve stayed at. It’s a wonderful place not only to stay but also to enjoy authentic, high-quality local cuisine. Highly recommended!
