Terletak di Fortuna, 4.6km dari Air Terjun La Fortuna, Cabañas del Rio menawarkan penginapan dengan kolam renang luaran, tempat parking peribadi percuma dan taman. We had such a nice stay here which far exceeded our expectations (it was our first location in Costa Rica). The garden was so rich with animals: day and night frogs, so many different birds which we didn’t see even in National Parks, howler monkeys, squirrels, etc. We could just sit and be on the lookout for animals for hours without getting bored! The house was much bigger than it seems on the pictures, with 3 extra large double beds, a very well equipped kitchen, lots of space to store clothing and a nice terras in front that is safe from rain. Also the swimming pool that is close to the garden was so nice. Usually quiet as well, with one spot giving a good view on the top of the Volcano Arenal, especially beautiful at sunset. Breakfast was excellent as well. Last but not least Leonardo and everyone working there was so kind and welcoming. We couldn’t have wished for anything more and highly recommend the place to anyone with a passion for wildlife and nature as well as families with children who want to escape the busy and very touristic center of La Fortuna, but still be close enough to enjoy all its benefits.

The property was everything we could have hoped for and more. This space is so much more than you would expect from the incredible rooms, to the animals on the property, the trails, the staff, the food, the pool space - everything is impeccable! The staff is so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We could not have asked for a better introduction to Costa Rica. We cant wait to tell all of our friends about this gem and hopefully we will be back soon!

Free Wi-Fi access is available. loved the pool, the accommodations, the breakfast, the walkways to the rooms with so many plants and birds along each side. it was very well situated for everything we needed and everywhere we wanted to go.

Location : I choosed Smithsonian room and there is a Arenal volcano view at my balcony which inspired me. I like hundred of birds feeding every morning at the restaurant for breakfast. And I like hiking trail too. Free trail offer at 8.00,10.00 and 14.00 pm. Next time I and my husband will stay here more than 1 nights for sure because there are a lot of activities here and front desk is very nice to service.

This tropical hotel is located next to Costa Rica's Arenal Volcano, 6 km from La Fortuna. It offers a natural hot spring, outdoor adventure activities, a luxurious spa and scenic volcano views. We had such amazing experience there!, it is a lovely place with a vast variety of things to do. You can enjoy the spring waters, spa-massages, , do excursions to the volcano arenal, do trecking, buffet meals and many more activities. People there were so friendly and the service was excellent!

Really underrated - and cheap for what it is. People were really nice, it was clean and new, you have your own privacy if you want it and social spaces are very great. +1 for the guitar!
