The rooms are a really good size with two very comfortable double beds. Good to have proper coverings for the windows that blocked out light. It was so quiet here at night. Lovely grounds with lots of birds and a troop of howler monkeys visited whilst we were there. Dinner was exceptional. No menu just said we ate everything and a large tray for the two of us arrived. It was all so tasty. Definitely recommend this place as a convenient overnight stay before or after getting the boat to Tortugero.

Jeri and Adolfo gave us a very warm welcome in their cosy chalet. The location is perfect, specially to visit the Poas volcano and La Paz waterfall garden. Breakfast was super tasty. I wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for taking so much care and all your advices for the trip.

Maria, the owner, is the sweetest person ever. She took such great care of me. It was no problem to check in early, even though she had a really busy day. She made everything work for me. The apartment is very big and the price is incredible. She told me, she would want to find something similar in other countries if she travels, so she wants to offer something nice for low budget travelers here as well. So sweet. Shower is great. Kitchen is big and nice. You have so much space

We loved the views from the property and the size of the house is great. Very reasonable price for the house and a great location with lots to do within driving distance. We loved the waterfalls and the gardens.

Owner super sweet, enticing us with strawberries grown there and delicious food, very attentive and accommodating to all our requests. The chalets were thematic, each had a flower name and you had that glower planted in front of it, which we found very cute.

Nastanitev Casa del Cafe-Familiar je v mestu Heredia, 40 km od znamenitosti narodni park Volcan Poas, in nudi vrt, brezplačno zasebno parkirišče ter teraso. Excellent place to stay. Comfortable and clean. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Mini fridge in the room was a plus. Attention was great as well. Recommended!
