What surprised me most about the staff was that when I stayed with them in April 2025, I left my computer mouse behind, which the staff informed us about immediately after leaving. Then, during my stay in November, I asked if they had my mouse. To my surprise, my mouse was waiting in a new room. I found the staff very honest, and the hotel was great, so we stayed a second time, which is something we don't usually do.

Located in the heart of Larnaka city, The Rise Urban Art Hotel is a 5-minute walk from the famous Phoinikoudes Beach. This is a relatively large hotel conveniently located within walking distance of the sea and close to the archaeological museum. The check-in and check-out process is well-organized, and the staff welcome every guest with exceptional warmth and kindness. The soundproofing is adequate, better than in many other hotels. The room was clean, with the only issue being a problem with the water drainage system in the bathroom. There was a kettle provided along with tea bags, coffee, sugar, and a bottle of water. I stayed for just one night, but I wished I could have stayed longer.

Em Lárnaca, bem no coração da cidade, Kition Urban Suite 1 tem varanda com vista para a cidade. We absolutely loved our stay at Kition Urban Suite 1. The apartment was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with excellent facilities. The location is ideal – just a short walk to the sea, close to cafés and restaurants, with both a food market and a supermarket nearby, and not far from the city center. What made our stay truly exceptional was the staff. Due to a rescheduled flight, we needed an early check-in and a slightly later check-out, and the staff were very accommodating. This flexibility was especially important for us as we were traveling with our 1-year-old child, and it made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful apartment in a perfect location with outstanding staff – highly recommended!
