What surprised me most about the staff was that when I stayed with them in April 2025, I left my computer mouse behind, which the staff informed us about immediately after leaving. Then, during my stay in November, I asked if they had my mouse. To my surprise, my mouse was waiting in a new room. I found the staff very honest, and the hotel was great, so we stayed a second time, which is something we don't usually do.

Located in the heart of Larnaka city, The Rise Urban Art Hotel is a 5-minute walk from the famous Phoinikoudes Beach. An exceptionally clean and beautifully designed hotel with a very original style. Fantastic breakfasts served on the rooftop terrace with a great atmosphere. Excellent service and outstanding value for money. I was absolutely delighted with my stay.

The property was super clean, tidy, and comfortable.Everything was well-organized and maintained. They were extremely helpful . customer service was excellent and they were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. I highly recommend them and thank u for Mr. Alex who helped us.

This is a new hotel with exceptional cleanliness and standards. It is a short walk to the old town and beach where you have fabulous restaurants to choose from. At the end of the street is a traditional taverna serving authentic food and often with live music. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Larnaca and I hope to stay again when I return 🥰
