The cleaning staff were friendly in the halls; we barely saw another person, it was quiet. The drinks and snacks offerings were helpful, and the free coffee was nice. Nice pizza/pasta place (L'Osteria) next door, and a good supermarket across the street (HIT). The location is easily accessible by car, for our Munich city day we parked at P+R Trudering Nord (€1.50 full day) and got the SBahn into Marienplatz which didn't take long; so feasible if you want to save money on a centre hotel because this place was great value!
