The rooms are very spacious and have all the amenities. One room with double bed and one room with a bunk bed. So very comfortable for a family of 4. The kitchen is well equipped and bathroom also has a washing machine. The location is very central with great tram connectivity and tram station is just 5 min walk. Tram takes to Freiburg downtown in 3-4 stops and also directly to the main train station. Rewe and DM are also 5 mine walk. On top of it the reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Our 3 year old fell a bit sick the 2nd day of the trip and the staff readily extended our checkout time by 2 hours. Strongly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful location, with a restaurant and store. It’s a central location for exploring the Black Forest and I love that the room came with a bus pass. My room had a perfect view of the sunrise and it was glorious! The staff were fantastic - my masseuse was excellent, and the reception staff were attentive and helpful. I didn’t make it to breakfast or dinner on a long day and they checked in on me. I also loved that a table was reserved at breakfast and dinner when you ask.
