There was a well stocked kitchen and spacing living room with access to a garden. Excellent views. No noise so we were able to rest well. There was somewhere to park out bikes in a securely locked garage. The host was extremely kind and responsive to all questions. The cleanliness level was high, and bathroom was very modern and spacious. A baby bed was brought into our room which was perfectly suited to our child.

The cozy apartment (with kitchen) had everything we needed. The room was very clean with a very nice and large bathroom. The location was very quiet, but in the small town of Ubersee, a short drive to Lake Chiemsee and about a 1 hour drive to Berchtesgaden National park.

Overall: far above expectations, the most deserved 10 out of 10 ever! Hospitality taken to the highest level!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Pension Langerspacher. Helga and Margit were wonderful hosts. The gueasthouse is beautiful and the room was very big, neat and comfortable.
